At Mint your belongings are protected by a security system
superior to the ones protecting most homes and businesses.
Nobody can enter the site without a private, individually
assigned pass code. Also, every storage room is individually
alarmed and a state of the art CCTV surveillance system
monitors the premises. Perimeter fencing, an intercom
system and external lights provide additional security.
Our expert staff makes daily lock integrity checks. All
locks are cylinder style made with extra strength nickel-silver
alloy and are specially designed with anti-pick features.
The self storage buildings themselves are brand new, solidly
built and well-maintained.
Flexibility
Whatever your storage needs, from small lockers and closets
to 10’x20’ rooms, at Mint you can select exactly
the right size space for storing your possessions. You
can add a room or downsize when your space requirements
change. There’s no charge to transfer. Contract
periods are month to month... allowing you the flexibility
of paying only for the space and time you need.
Long Mint Hours
We strive to accommodate your schedule with long Mint
hours, 7 days a week. You can access your unit from 6:00
am to 11:00 pm, seven days a week, three hundred sixty
five days a year. We can be reached by phone 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. seven days a week.

lit. Climate controlled space is also available.

your use without any fee at Mint.
Packing
Supplies
All of the supplies that you will need for easy, efficient
packing are available at our office. They are reasonably
priced, and anything you don’t use can be returned
for a full refund.
Shelving
Keep things readily Mintible and easy to find with our
heavy-duty shelving, available for rent or purchase. We
assemble them for you at no charge.
Deliveries
Our office staff will accept small shipments without any
fee.
Fax and Copying Services
Available at all Mint locations.
Computer
Stations and High Speed Internet Access
Pentium 4 computer station free for client use. High speed
internet access at the computer station or for laptop
hook-up.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit, ATM and debit cards. You can
pick which day of the month your rent will fall due. Payment
options include automatic charge to your credit or debit
card.
Handicapped Accessible
The entire site, including the office, is 100% barrier
free accessible.
